Cà và Ớt ( Caphao and Chili )

A friend suggested me to make with him a very short film. It's great that he like himself the funny stories of the vietnameses. So I wanted to create a couple of peasants and it would be fun to see how they react in those humorous situation. The wife was naturally more intelligent and skilful than her husband but my friend and me we're both pleased with their personalities. We had chosen an old funny story and then rewrote it. The visual concept was designed. I wait for the production step.

Photo-based, this painting is my study on the light, also how far I could use the brushes in Photoshop. The color dodge effect give me a hand to create an atmosphere more sparkling than the reality. [The photo was neither put in Ps nor traced ]

Ses journées deviennent des aventures depuis le moment qu'on a décidé de régler la crise de pétroles et de protéger des oiseaux...

In unconscious stage, an old man falls into an empty world. He notices then a flying mirror and brings it into play when he wants to get it. In this world without sense of time, old man replays his different emotions until he breaks the mirror and finds back with joy his alliance. Passing through the coma,he finally feels the reason to regain the life.
